Tomato Paste Production Line
This line includes elevator for fresh tomatoes--tomatoes washing machine--tomatoes sorting machine--preheating machine--tomato pulping machine--vacuum concentration machine- paste sterilization machine--Filling Machine.
We have the automatic production line, and the small semi-automatic processing machines. We can also customize it based on your demands.
1. Preheating Machine: This machine purpose:Increase the temperature of the steam heating the slurry to achieve the purpose of preheating;
2. Pulping Machine: This machine can make juice or paste without peeling the skin of fruits. It can press many kinds of dry fruit such as pineapple, lemon, orange, apple etc. It can remove the residues automatically.
3. Vacuum Concentration Machine: Using the principle of lowering the boiling point under vacuum, the raw materials are subjected to boiling water evaporation treatment to achieve the purpose of extracting high-purity substances.
4. Mixing Tank: Purpose: for fruit pulp ingredients,add sugar and other accessories.
5. Tubular Sterilization: This machine is with PID control system; it is easy to operate.
