This chestnut nut cutter machine/pistachio slice cutting machine is based on the original shredder. The size of the cutter can be adjusted to cut out the different specifications of the material. The graded part is matched with sieves of different specifications. The material is graded by sieve to achieve the required size.
How to Use
1. Before starting, first check whether the transmission parts loose, with or without abnormal noise in time to exclude.
2. Connect the power cord with or without damage to electrical leakage phenomenon.
3. After the normal inspection equipment, then start the machine..
4. After drying the material to remove material impurities, to prevent damage to the cutting knife, and then pour the material into the hopper, adjust the hopper gap and the speed of the conveyor belt, feed and cutting material synchronization.
5. According to customer requirements adjust the gap between the upper and lower cutter, cut out the different sizes of granular materials.
