Product Description
The high-pressure homogenizer relies on three repeatedly moving plungers to generate a great pressure. When the plunger moves backward, the lower valve of the feed is opened and the material is sucked in. When the plunger moves forward, the lower valve is closed and the upper valve is closed. The valve is pushed open, and the material is pressed into the area of the high-pressure homogenization valve, homogenized and emulsified through the first and second homogenization valves, and the material exits the discharge port. The high-pressure homogenizer is mainly composed of a high-pressure homogenizing chamber and a pressurizing mechanism.
