Introduction for Vertical Gas Food Smoker Machine Smoker Chicken:
The automatic food smoker is mainly composed of furnace body, heating system, circulating air system, smoking system and electric control system.
Furnace body: All components and outer walls of the furnace body are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. Hang the product on a trailer or put it on a plate, put it into the furnace body, close the furnace door, and then cook and other processing according to the set process parameters.
Electric heating system: It consists of two parts: cooking and drying.
Baking part: Turn on the electric heating, the hot steam exchanges heat in the furnace through the heat exchanger in the furnace body, and bakes the products in the furnace. Electric heating pipes are distributed on both sides of the furnace body, so that the food in the furnace is evenly heated.
Cooking part: It is adjusted by control pressure according to different products.
Circulating air system: An electric fan is installed on the top of the furnace body. The high power and large air volume ensure that the temperature in the furnace is heated up, so that the temperature is uniform everywhere, and the quality of the products is stable and reliable.
