Product Description
Our Jacketed Kettle Machine usually consists of pot body and feet. The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of inner and outer spherical pot bodies, and there are fixed, tiltable, stirring and other styles.
The jacketed boiler has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, easy control of heating temperature, beautiful appearance, easy installation, convenient operation and reliable quality. Jacketed pots are widely used in the processing of various foods, and can also be used in large restaurants or canteens to cook soup, cook vegetables, stew meat, and cook porridge.
Working principle:
The design of the jacketed kettle machine makes heating and cooking very efficient and fast. Kettles have a double wall or “jacket” covering the bottom and at least half the height of the sides, to provide space for steam to circulate, thereby heating the cooking surface. Typically steam is introduced to the kettle and circulated through the jacket to deliver the heat for processing. The use of steam as the heating medium has many advantages: uniform heating, rapid heat transfer and easy control of the heating rate through a steam valve. Steam can be supplied to the kettle by an independent boiler through a pressurized pipe.
